GVMH is an independent music retailer. GVMH ORDERING

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, Personal Checks, Money Orders, and Certified Check.  We also accept PayPal (UserID:gvmh@columbus.rr.com).  Personal checks will be held 10 days until cleared by our bank.  We update our website several times a week but if you have a question on an item be sure to contact us.

We DO NOT accept orders from the following countries. This list is not intended to offend any group, individual or country. It is offered merely as an informational guideline to our existing and potential clients. This is due to the high incidence of fraud in these countries as reported by the U.S. State Department.

GVMH RETURN POLICY

All items purchased from German Village Music Haus except custom-orders, which are non-refundable, are subject to a 48-hour approval period, beginning upon receipt of item by the customer. The customer has the option to return the item for full refund or store credit minus all shipping costs. All items must pass inspection upon return as being in exactly the same condition as when shipped from GVMH before credit or refund will be issued. In the event of noticeable wear or damage, customer is liable for cost of repair or restoration to original condition. All refunds are processed within 30 Days following return receipt of item(s). Please email or call GVMH at 614.228.8367 for a return authorization number before returning an item.  Any item returned to GVMH without a return authorization will be returned to the customer.

GVMH is not responsible for misprints or mistakes made to the online store.
